Prof. Witold Hołubowicz - President of Board

Prof. Witold Hołubowicz graduated from Poznan Technical University in 1981, where he also received his Ph.D. at the Electrical Engineering Faculty. From that time on he pursued a professional career in two areas: in the academic world and in consulting. As concerns the former, he has been a professor in the area of telecommunications at several universities: Poznan Technical University, Polytechnic University in New York, USA, Franco-Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies (EFP) in Poznan and most recently, since 2003, at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where he is currently the Head of the Division of Applied Informatics. He is an author or co-author of over a hundred publications, including 4 books on wireless communications. In 1996-2000 he was the Program Committee Chairman of the National Conference on Radio Communication. Throughout all of his professional career, he has been an active consultant. He participated in or coordinated more than sixty consulting, implementation and research projects on radio communications, teleinformatics and telecommunication systems, including numerous international projects. In 1996 he co-founded a consulting company ITTI Ltd. in Poznan where he has been the President since 1997. 

Dr. Eng. Tomasz Piaścik - Vicepresident of Board

Dr Eng. Tomasz Piaścik graduated at Poznan University of Technology as well he received his PhD in Control Engineering and Robotics. In the beginning he worked in the Institute of Industrial Electrical Engineering Poznan University of Technology and since 1990 he has worked in Institute of Control and Information Engineering Poznan University of Technology. Since 1997 he has worked as a project manager and director in ITTI Ltd. In 2004 he has held the position of Vicepresident of the company. Tomasz Piaścik is an expert in the field artificial intelligence especially pattern recognition and vision systems and in the field application of information technologies. Main area of his interests is connected with technical, economical and organizational problems of the application of telecommunications and information technologies. He is an author and co-author of various publications and presentations on Polish and international conferences.
