1995 - there was founded Franco-Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies (EFP) in Poznań. It was unique both in Poland and in Europe private school for students from Poland, France and Eastern Europe on graduate and postgraduate (Mastére) studies and courses within Constant Learning Center (CKU). The teaching profile included telecommunications, informatics as well as economical and legal aspects of those areas. That was also a beginning of join activities of people being a core of our company today. 

September 1996 - the School was put into liquidation because for some reasons hitherto existing sponsors withdrew. Facing that fact the key representatives of the school cadre - professors at leading technical universities, research team leaders in EFP decided to continue the R&D and consulting activity. As a result of the decision they founded Institute of Communication and Information Technologies Ltd.(ITTI) taking on 40 employees from the closed EFP. By the agreement between ITTI and EFP in liquidation ITTI tookover realization of the research projects running by EFP.

1996-1999 -  first three years of activity of Institute of Communication and Information Technologies it was a time of establishing stable content formula by selecting key workers and development of a strong team identifying itself with the profile and the vision of the company. That resulted in a team of high qualified specialists who met the requirements of education, professional knowledge and experience.

February 2006 - the name of Institute of Communication and Information Technologies  was changed into ITTI Ltd.

It is worth mentioning that although ITTI is fully private and independent company, it cooperates closely with many Polish research centers and institutes (such as Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poznan University of Economics or University of Technology and Life Science in Bydgoszcz). The management of ITTI also carry out research studies and didactic and academic activities in universities in Poznań and Bydgoszcz.
